Three Phases of Maximizing:

Phase 1

This is the first step toward organizing your life so you don't have to worry if anything is left undone or attended.  We work to create lists of all of your assets and access to them in one place.  For businesses this tend to be accounting software of your choice.  For individuals, this can be more challenging, but even more important since you are the only one who REALLY knows your stuff.  

Phase 2

Organizing your expenditures and expenses in relation to your interests and investments is essential.  Through evaluation of your goals and their priority, we arrange a calendar that will direct your finances in a manner that is comfortable and in line with your aspirations.  This step is repeated throughout your relationship with Maximization Bookkeeping to ensure agreement and satisfaction.  

Phase 3

Let the system work for you!  Now that your finances are organized we now pay more attention to personal organization in other ares of your life or administrative ideas for businesses that take away from your ability to do more of what you want to do.  As always there is life's little surprises and we help you manage those too!
